In the Account Master user can set all the details of the accounts or ledger. In which user can set location master, account group creation, Account ledger creation, Transport etc.

                           

bullet01 Location Master : Location master is used to define the following things for a party/account, Party's Name and Address, Party's Tax Information, Location of the Party (In case of Multi Location Setup).

 

bullet01 Account Groups Creation :. This form allows you to group the accounts master according to your needs. The user is given the facility to group the accounts according to their requirement. The user can create in each group up to five levels as per their requirements. This would help the user in generation of reports and facilitate other queries. 

 

bullet01 Balance Sheet Grouping : This form allows to assign Parent group and Group type to the Group name entered by user. This form is divided into two parts New Entry and Edit Entry.

 

bullet01 Account\Ledger Creation : It helps the user to create the General Ledger Accounts related to POS system (Sales & Purchase and related payments transactions) and Customer Ledgers

 

bullet01 Transport Master : This form allows you to create or edit a Transport. Transports are used in Sale / Purchase documents

 

bullet01 Enter Opening Trial : This form allows you to create Customer Banks that can be linked to customers and used in data entry documents and for reporting purposes.

 

bullet01 Allocating Customer To Banks : This form allows you to create Customer Banks that can be linked to customers and used in data entry documents and for reporting purposes.

 

bullet01 Setup Pre Defined Narrations : A narration is a short explanation of the nature of the transaction which should always be given before the Journal Entry (A chronological record of transactions showing the names of Accounts to be debited and credited and the amounts to be debited and credited) is closed. It is especially useful in case of correction.
