Second Process- Stitching

 

The production process involves many sub-processes. Once the Job Order is ready, it is given to the workers. In the second process of production, stitching is done. Stitching section is again one of the most important section for manufacturing garments in Garments Factory.There is a process or sequence which is strictly followed in the stitching section of a garment manufacturing industry. Hence, the job order is given to the stitching Team once the first process i.e.cutting is done.

 

Raw Material is given to the production team according the JO. Then, raw material is assigned to the team and a receipt is prepared to keep complete record of raw material that how much raw material is consumed or wasted.during stitching.
