LOGIC has introduced its new Home Delivery App for the agents. It automates  the order delivery process with features like Navigation, delivery confirmation by OTP, payment collection entry, easy settlement at back end application.

INSTALLING LOGIC HOME DELIVERY APP

Download the Logic Home Delivery App From Google Play Store and install on delivery agents mobiles. Register in the App with agents mobile number. 

HOW TO CONFIGURE LOGIC HOME DELIVERY APP

Step-1 Go to the software and open the Home Delivery option as shown in picture below:

Step-2 Now go to the “Home Delivery Configuration” window and set the configurations for the delivery agents.

Step-3 Next step is to allocate the agents to home delivery app. For this, Go to the “Allocate Agents to Home Delivery App” window. Here, you can add the Agent Name and all the details associated with it.

The Enable Delivery on App option is disabled in starting. When you will enable it by selecting “Yes“, an API request Id will get generated and its App Request Status will be “Pending“.

Then the request will go to the Home Delivery Mobile App, which has to be approved by the agent. After approval, an OTP will be generated within the App, and you have to fill that OTP in the “Validate OTP” column.

After entering the OTP when you will Press Enter key on your keyboard, the App Approval Status will convert to “Completed.”

As you can see in the picture below, you can see the New requests and Approved requests status in the mobile app.

Step-4 Now go to the Sale Bill window and create a bill for the items and click on the “Bill Type” button.

Click on the “Home Delivery” option.

Add the customer details in the Create Customer window.

***Here, Gurmeet is taken as an Customer’s example.***

Select the Credit as a payment mode and Save the bill.

Step-5 Now, go to the Home Delivery – Bills Ready for Dispatch window. Here, you can see the bills that are ready to dispatch for home delivery. Select “Yes” option for the bill that you want to dispatch and it will turn into “Yellow” color.

After that, click on Dispatch button.

Click on Add Agent button and allocate the agent to the associated bill. Then click on ‘Ok‘ button.

After that, click on “Save” button.

Step-6 Now go to the “Dispatch Home Delivery Documents” window. Here, you will have to disptach the documents for home delivery. Enable the document by selecting “Yes” as shown in the picture below:

After that, click on “Dispatch” Button.

Step-7 Go to the Common folder and run the application LOGIC Event Tracker as shown in the picture below:

Here, you can add the company name and click on Track button to track the bill settlement through Home Delivery App.

Step-8 Go to your mobile and open the LOGIC Delivery App.

Step-9 In the Dashboard, click on the ‘To Be Delivered‘ option.

Step-10 You will notice that the bill or order that is to be delivered is shown on your mobile screen.

Click on More Details.

Step-11 In order to complete the order, first click on Cash button or select any payment option.

Step-12 Enter the cash details and click on Ok button.

Step-13 You will notice that the balance has become Zero after the payment made by the customer.

Now click on Mark as Delivered button.

Step-14 The user can also do their signature to confirm the delivery of the order.

Step-15 When you will go to the dashboard, you will notice that the Delivered orders have increased.

When you will go to the Delivered Orders, you will notice that the order has been added to the list.

Step-16 Now the last step is to settle the Home Delivery order. For this, you have to go to Home Delivery Settlement window.

The status of the home delivery order is turned Red as shown in the picture below:

The status will turn Green within 30 minutes after the delivery of the order.

If you want to check the details of the bill, then click on Bill Details button.

Bill Settlement Button will enable you to convert the Sale bill from Credit Amount to Cash Amount.

After that, click on Save button to save the settlement.
