Setup Branch Groups

Setup Branch Groups : In order to define the branch groups follow the under mentioned steps :-

1.	Click the Setup Option and select the Setup City.

2.	In the new window click the Setup option and select Setup Branch Groups from the list.

3. A tree view of Branch Groups consist of ten different horizontal Levels.All the horizontal Levels are independent and are not related each other.Each Horizontal level consist of one vertical group which further consist of number of groups.These groups are dependent on each other.The customers allocated to one group can't be allocated to other group with in the same level.

•	How To Add a Groups : In order add group follow the under mentioned steps :-

a)	Right click on vertical level and select Add Groups from the popup menu.

b)	New Group dialog box appears.

c)	Enter the name of new group & click on save button.

•	How To Delete a Group : In order delete a group follow the under mentioned steps :-

a)	Right click on vertical level and select Delete Groups from the popup menu.

b)	Remove Groups dialog box appears.

c)	Select the required group & click ok.

•	How To Modify a Group : In order to modify the existing group follow the under mentioned steps :-

a)	Right click on that group.

b)	Select the Modify Groups from the popup menu.

c)	Modify Group dialog box appears.

d)	make the necessary changes and click save button or press Alt+S to save the changes.

Branches

•	How To Allocate Branch : In order to allocate branches follow the under mentioned steps :-

a)	Select a group and right click.

b)	Select the Allocate Branches from the popup menu.

c)	Allocate To.... dialog box appears.

d)	Select the required branches and click ok.

•	How To Delete a Branch : In order to De-allocate branches follow the under mentioned steps :-

a)	Select a group and right click.

b)	Select the Delete Branches from the popup menu.

c)	De-Allocate To.... dialog box appears.

d)	Select the required branches and click ok.
