bullet01 In marketing, a discount coupon is a ticket that can be exchanged for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product. Customarily, coupons are issued by retailers, to be used in retail stores as a part of sales promotions

 

bullet01 Sale Invoice: Main Menu > Sale > Sale Bill.

Header Details:

 

Enter the header details in the bill, as shown in Point Redemption.

 

Item Details:

 

The Item Details in Sale Bill window will appear and then enter the following details :

 

bullet01 Enter all the required item details.

 

bullet01 User can enter the C.D (Cash Discount), T.D (Trade Discount), Taxes etc if any.

 

bullet01 Retail Customer: To select the retail customer, click on the button given in the tool bar, as highlighted in the below given figure.

bullet01 After selecting the retail customer, If user wants to apply any discount coupon in the bill, then click on the option Discount Coupons.

bullet01 After selecting the discount coupons, below given window will appear in which user can select the discount coupon.

 

bullet01 Enter the discount coupon which is to be implemented in the bill.

 

bullet01 After writing discount coupon number it automatically selects the coupon.

 

bullet01 After this user can save the bill by clicking on Save button.
