bullet01 Process Groups enable you to add the groups and Processes for different phases of Production It allow you to setup:

Create Process Groups: Process group is the first Group of Setup Process Groups. Follow the mentioned below steps to create a new Process Group:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group and select 'New Process group'.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear and Give a unique Name to the Process Group.

Step 3: Click on OK to save Process Group Name.

Delete Process Groups: If you want to delete a Process Group, do following steps:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group you want to delete and select 'Delete Process group'.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear for confirmation. Click on 'Yes.'

Step 3: Click on Refresh Tree & The Process Group will be deleted.

Edit Process Groups: This option allows you to edit the Process Group already created. Steps to edit Process Group are as follows:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group and select 'Edit Process group'.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear and edit the Name of the Process Group.

Step 3: Click on Save to save Process Group Name.

Toggle Icon Minus 17Processes

Create Process: Process is the second Group of Setup Process Groups. Follow the mentioned below steps to create a new Process:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group (Production) and select 'New Process'.

Step 2: Add New Process window will appear and Give a unique Name to the Process. It is compulsory to enter Process Name.

Step 3: Enter rate Per Unit and Overhead (%) if any.

Step 4: Select Process Type whether you want to select Sequential, Discrete and Assemble Discrete.

Raw Material Issued : Check the box if raw material is issued.

Calculate Wages : Check the box if wages are calculated.

Raw Material Godown Selection : Check the box to select the raw material godown > Godown Selection window appears > select the required godown and click OK or press Alt+O.

Step 5: Click on Save button to save Process Name.

Delete Process: If you want to delete a Process, do following steps:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process you want to delete and select 'Delete Process'.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear for confirmation. Click on 'Yes'.

Step 3: Click on Refresh Tree & The Process will be deleted.

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group and select 'Edit Process'.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear and edit the Name and Other details of the Process .

Step 3: Click on Save to save Process Group Name.

Set Order of Process: This option is used to set the order of the groups. Follow the mentioned below steps:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group and select 'Set Order'.

Step 2: Set Order For window will appear on your screen. Use arrows to move Processes up or down.

Step 3: Click on Save to save Process Order.

Create Process: Sub Process is the third Group of Setup Process Groups. Follow the mentioned below steps to create a new Sub Process:

 

Step 1: Right click on the Process Group (Production) and select 'New sub Process'.

Step 2: Add New Process window will appear and Give a unique Name to the Process. It is compulsory to enter Process Name.

Step 3: Enter rate Per Unit and Overhead (%) if any.

Step 4: Select Process Type whether you want to select Sequential, Discrete and Assemble Discrete.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear for confirmation. Click on 'Yes'.
