This form enables the user to define the price lists for parties.The user has two options either to use the Pre-Defined Rates or User Define Rates(create their own Price List).

•	How To Define Rates

?	Pre Define Rates : To set the Pre Defined Rates as the default rates select the option Pre-Defined Rates and select the rate type from the list. The user can set the Pre-Defined Rates to Basic Rate,Purchase Rate,M.R.P.,Sale Rate,Sp Rate 1,Sp Rate 2,Sp Rate 3,Sp Rate 4 or Sp Rate 5.

The selected Rates will be displayed in the rates column during Billing.

?	User Define Rates : User can specify their own rates for this select the User Define Rates option and select the type of rate as defined by user in Define Item Wise Price List form.

After selecting one of the options the user can choose to allocate the Rates either to all customers or to some selected customers.To allocate rates to all customers select the option All Customers and to allocate the rates to some customers select the option Select Customers.The Account Search window will be displayed.Select the customers and click on Ok or press Alt+O.Now click on Next button or press Alt+N to move on next form displaying the details of allocated and unallocated customers.

•	Allocation / De-Allocation

The list of Customers that are not allocated can be viewed by clicking on Unallocated A/C tab.

To Allocate the customers select the Customers to be allocated.To select all the Customers click on Select All button. Click on Save button or Press Alt + S to save the allocation. The allocated customers can be viewed by clicking on Allocated A/C tab.

To De-allocate the Customers from the Rates defined click on Allocated A/C tab. Select the Customers to be de-allocated and then click on Save button or Press Alt + S.The customers that were de-allocated will now be displayed under Unallocated A/C tab.

•	To View The Customers Under Allocated Rates

To view the list of customers,select the rate type option and click on Next button or press Alt+N , the next screen and click on Allocated A/c tab.

A/C with Pre Defined Rates : Click the tab to view the customers with Pre-Defined rates.

A/C with User Defined Rates : Click the tab to view the customers with User-Defined rates.

Unallocated A/C : Click the tab to view the customers which are not allocated to any rate.
