Production > Setups > Setup Production Rejection Reason

If you want to mention the reason of the rejection of any product, select this option. you can setup the Production Rejection Reason through the following steps:

Define Rejection reason

To define the Rejection reason, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Enter the Rejection reason and hit enter. The name should be unique.It is compulsory to enter the Rejection reason.

2. Enter the Short Name and hit enter. The name should be unique.It is compulsory to enter the short name for Rejection reason.

2. Click the Save button or press Alt+S.

3. Click Close button or press Alt+C in order to exit from the window.

To save the data entered by the user, user have to press enter button and the cursor should be on next line in the grid.

Set the order of Rejection Reasons

If you want to set the order of rejection reasons, follow the steps mentioned below:

1) Click on order button.

2) Set Order window will appear on your screen.

3) Select the reasons and use arrows to move up or down the rejection reasons.

4) Or, Click on Set in Alphabetical Order to Set it in Alphabetical order.

5) Click on Save button to set order of rejection reasons.

Delete Production Rejection Reason

If you want to delete any rejection reason follow the steps mentioned below:

1) Select the rejection reason you want to delete.

2) Click on the Cross option from the Toolbar.

3) A message will pop-up on your screen. Select 'Yes'.

4) It will be deleted successfully.
