Over the past several months, we have experienced a significant increase in operating costs. A key factor has been the appreciation of the US Dollar against the Indian Rupee, as a substantial portion of our infrastructure—particularly our cloud services—is billed in USD through Microsoft Azure.

In addition, there has been a broader increase in costs across hardware, technology infrastructure, and related services.

While we have made every effort to absorb these increases, this adjustment is necessary to ensure that we continue to deliver the same level of reliability, performance, and ongoing innovation that you expect from us.
